Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges: Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to returns or refunds. If you receive an incorrect item, please email us within five (5) days from the date you receive your order. Allow up to seven (7) days after reception of the returned incorrect item for replacement to be dispatched. Reimbursement of shipping for the returned damaged or incorrect item will be at the sole discretion of Brooklyns Phoenix Spiritual Consulting LLC, and taken at a case by case basis. All decisions are final.
